Babysitting Fees
$15 per hour for up to two children (siblings)
$20 per hour for 3 or more in the same family
$5 per hour for each additional child
$5 per hour for additional children who are not siblings
$18 per hour for overnight newborn babysitting
$12 for mother's helper services (regular sitter) $10 for Jr. sitter (teen) babysitter or mother's helper
*Parent must be present for mother's helper services. If parent leaves, regular sitter service fees apply.
We accept cash, check or credit cards (AMEX, MC, VISA, DINERS CLUB) and you must call 202-580-2277 and Dwayne Houston will take your credit card info and email you a receipt. *Please pay tips to sitters in cash and not by credit card. There is a $4 fee for this service.
*Gift Certificates are available in any amount! There is a $5 certificate fee and a $4 processing fee which includes shipping and handling.
Group rates available (speak to Tracy about that)
*Sitters are not obligated to watch additional children without the extra fee for that child.
$5 transportation fee per visit. The transportation fee is $10 if the sitter travels more than 10 miles from their home.
$8 transportation fee if child is being transported from one place to another
(picked up from daycare, camp no matter whether sitter uses own car or not)
$25 per hour Holiday Fee (New Year's Eve, Fourth of July, Christmas Eve, Memorial Day)
$10 last minute fee (If job is booked within 4 hours of job)
$10 late fee if client is more than 30 min late without notifying the sitter in a timely manner.
Home visits are free of charge! If a home visit is not possible, a phone conference will be provided.
A sitter may be assigned without a home visit, pending approval from Tracy
We will work at community events, birthday parties, wedding receptions, home parties and conferences.
$30 per hour for tutorial services (tutor provides supplemental learning materials)
Cat sitting fees are $20 which includes feeding, changing the litter box and 30 min of play time!
**Cancellation policy_
If a cancellation is made 24 hours in advance, there is no charge. If a cancellation is made in less than 24 hours or in the same day as the booking, you must pay a one hour babysitting fee ($15) which is to be sent to Tracy Smith Houston.
There is a $5 cancellation fee for cancelling credit card payments!
*Sitters are not obligated to work if inclement weather threatens the safety of transportation for the sitter and/or client. Clients are not charged a cancellation fee if there is inclement weather (snow/blizzard).
*Babysitters must be paid a minimum of 2 hours plus transportation fee!
